"Sticky Rice" Ripe Pu-Erh Mini Cakes
Adorable and delicious, these mini ripe pu-erh cakes have a very small amount of an herb called Nuo Mi Xiang mixed into the tea leaves before pressing. The result is a brew that is thick, sweet, and has a vanillic glutenous rice smell. It reminds me of rice pudding!
Each cake is a single dose of 5g and can be steeped using boiling water, and re-steeped many times. We recommend gently breaking up the cake before brewing.
Comes in a 100g bag (roughly 20 minis)
