Slow Burn Smoked Puerh

$45.00

This tea is a unique fusion of small-batch ripe (shou) Puer and the ancient smoking traditions of Fujian. The tea material was brought to a traditional smokehouse in Tongmuguan village, where a veteran Lapsang specialist oversaw a three-day pine-smoking process. During this time, temperatures were meticulously held between 212°F and 248°F to allow the pine aromatics to fully permeate the fermented leaves.

Sensory Profile

The resulting brew evokes the atmosphere of smoke clouds drifting through a forest. It features a deep, inky sweetness that becomes more pronounced with longer steep times, while the bold pine-fire aromatics are seamlessly integrated into a velvety liquor. Its intensity makes it a perfect for those that like rich coffees, cigars or a glass of whisky.
